Laser welding
Since May 2014, we have the most flexible Trumpf 5020 laser welding cell with which to weld flexibly and with high productivity. The advantages: a beautiful weld that does not require post-processing. Only the discoloration is polished away. In addition, laser welding ensures a low heat input resulting in minimal shrinkage and deformation of the product. Other benefits are:
– beautiful straight weld – high welding speed – 5 cm per second
– laser welding as an alternative to complex bending (setting, rolling, forcing, pressing)
– Very suitable for aluminum and products made of polished stainless steel
